Precious Pink represents the youngest quality of the Precious range, it is a 1.12 density Balsamic Vinegar. It is a vinegar of character, of great enveloping. The color recalls the notes of mahogany, it is bright and clear. The bouquet is fresh and slightly pungent, with fruity notes. The taste is strong and enveloping, with a good balance between acid and sweet notes. The strong acidity and the richness of aromatic notes make it a perfect accompaniment to vegetable dishes.
